We take the same design and rebuild it around you — your name, your logo, your service area, your prices. Nothing generic, nothing shared.

🌐

Fully rebranded website

Your business name, logo, phone number, and colors — built into every page, not just swapped into a generic template.

A dedicated landing page for each city or neighborhood you serve, so you show up in local search for each one — and it's locked in as yours, see below.

💵

Your pricing, built in

Weekly, bi-weekly, one-time cleanup, and add-ons — set up with whatever prices and plan names you want to run.

FAQ & booking flow

A call/text booking flow and FAQ section written around how you actually want to run visits, payments, and scheduling.

📄

Legal page templates

Starting privacy policy and terms-of-service pages — have your own attorney review before you rely on them.

🚀

Set up live — under your own accounts

We create your hosting and domain setup and get it live, then hand over the login so you own it outright — we don't hold your site or domain hostage.

Not a franchise

Skip the six-figure startup fee.

A lot of people looking to start a pet waste removal business end up looking at franchises — and the buy-in for those can be steep. The Scoop System isn't that. There's no franchise fee, no trademark license, and no cut of your revenue, ever. It's a proven website template and launch service, built to help you get a real business online faster and a lot cheaper.

Typical pet waste removal franchise The Scoop System
Upfront cost Franchise fee alone often runs $40,000+, with $75,000–$95,000 total to get started $650–$2,199, one time
Ongoing fees Typically 7–8% of your revenue, sent back every month, indefinitely $0 — optional $99/mo only if you want ongoing edits
Brand Corporate name, corporate rules Your name, your logo, your business
What you're buying A license to operate under someone else's brand and system A website and a faster way to launch — nothing more, nothing less

Franchise figures are general industry ranges for pet-waste-removal franchises as of 2026 and vary by brand — this isn't a claim about any specific company.

Get Started
How to pay for your build. We accept Zelle, or we can send you an invoice through Square if you'd rather pay by card. Payment details are confirmed by phone or text when you get started — nothing to fill out online. See our refund & cancellation policy before you buy.
Domain and hosting costs are separate from your build fee. The prices above cover the website build only — we don't pay for your domain registration or hosting, and those costs aren't included in the numbers above. You've got two options: register the domain and set up hosting yourself and share access so we can deploy your site, or let us purchase it on your behalf through whatever registrar or host you prefer (GoDaddy, Netlify, or otherwise) — in that case, we send you an invoice for that cost first, and only make the purchase once it's paid. We don't front domain or hosting costs. Either way, once everything's live and tested, we hand over every login and password — you're fully in control of your own site for future edits, renewals, or moving it elsewhere, whenever you want.

Optional: Care Plan

Ongoing edits, new service-area pages, and priority support as you grow. You still own your hosting and domain — this just covers our time. Cancel anytime.

Separate from the website

What it costs to actually start the business.

The build fee above covers the website only. Every operator also needs to register their business, get insured, and handle local licensing — this isn't optional, and it's worth planning for upfront.

Business name, licenses & insurance

Realistic first-year total, on top of the website fee — varies by state.

Territory protection

Your ZIP codes, locked in — first come, first served.

Once you're set up, we won't build another Scoop System site covering the same ZIP codes. Your service area is yours alone within our system — no other Scoop System client can be set up covering the same ground.

What this does and doesn't cover: This is a promise about what we build, not a guarantee about the market. It means we won't create or sell another Scoop System website to a different business in your claimed ZIP codes. It does not mean you're guaranteed to be the only pet waste removal business in your area — we have no control over, and can't make any promises about, independent operators, franchises, or any other company that isn't a Scoop System client. We can only guarantee what's ours to guarantee.

Before any build starts, we check the ZIP codes you want against everyone already set up on the system. If they're open, they're reserved for you the moment you purchase — permanently, for as long as your business is active. If a ZIP is already claimed by someone else, we'll tell you upfront and help you look at nearby areas instead.

See the current list of taken areas, or call or text us to confirm your ZIP codes are open before you send your intake form.

Referral program

Know someone else starting out in a different area?

Since every territory is exclusive, referring someone in another city is never a conflict for you — it's pure upside.

Refer a friend, save on your build.

If you refer someone who's ready to start their own pet waste removal business in a different territory, and they sign up around the same time as you, you get 50% off your site build fee.

1. Tell us who you're referring when you reach out.
2. Their signup has to happen in the same window as yours — this isn't something we can apply after the fact.
3. Once both are confirmed, 50% comes off your build fee.

Referral terms confirmed by phone or text — reach out for current details before you count on this.

How it works

From intake to live site.

The path differs slightly depending on the package.

1

Intake

2

Build

DIY: client rebrands the files themselves using the launch guide. Standard/Pro: we rebrand it for them.

3

Review

Review a live preview link and request any changes.

4

Deploy

DIY: client hosts and connects their domain using the guide. Standard/Pro: we deploy it and connect the domain.

5

Support

Included support window, plus optional ongoing Care Plan.

Full technical steps — hosting, domain, SSL, local SEO — are in the Launch Guide, included with every package.

Before you buy

Frequently asked questions.

Do I keep my own business name and brand?

Yes. This is a white-label build — your logo, your name, your colors go on every page. You own and run your own independent business, and it's yours to operate however you like.

Is this a franchise? Do I owe you a cut of my revenue?

No. There's no franchise fee, no trademark to license, and no ongoing percentage of your revenue — ever. Pet waste removal franchises typically charge $40,000+ just to get started and take 7–8% of everything you earn after that. The Scoop System is a website and launch service, priced as a one-time fee, so you keep 100% of what your business makes.

Is my service area exclusive?

Yes, within our system — once you're set up, we check your ZIP codes and reserve them for you, and we won't build or sell another Scoop System site covering the same ZIP codes for as long as your business is active. If you ever shut down or explicitly release your area, it can become available to someone else after that. What we can't do is guarantee you'll have zero competition — we have no control over independent operators, franchises, or any other company that isn't a Scoop System client, and can't promise they won't operate in your area. Our guarantee covers what we build, not the market itself. See the current list of taken areas.

Are there ongoing fees?

No, beyond the optional Care Plan if you'd like us to keep making updates for you. The one-time build fee covers the design, build, and launch. You own your hosting and domain outright, so there's no dependency on us to keep your site online.

Do you host my website or own my domain?

No — you own your own hosting account and domain, always, and those costs are separate from your build fee. With Standard Build or Pro Launch, we set up hosting (through Netlify, or another host if you'd rather) and register or connect your domain (through GoDaddy, Netlify Domains, or your registrar of choice). You can either give us access to your own accounts, or let us purchase the domain/hosting on your behalf — in that case we invoice you for that cost first, and only make the purchase once it's paid; we don't front those costs. Once everything's live and tested, we hand over every login and password. From that point it's entirely yours to manage, move, or change the password on. We don't retain access unless you're on the Care Plan and want us to keep helping.

Do I have to be starting a brand-new business, or can I already have one?

Either. Plenty of people come to us already running routes — with existing clients, their own pricing, maybe even an old website — who just need something better online. Others are starting from zero. The build works the same way either way: we (or you, for DIY) plug in whatever's already true about your business, rather than assuming you're starting from scratch.

I don't have a logo yet — is that a problem?

Not a dealbreaker, but a real logo (even a simple one) makes the site look far more credible than a text-only placeholder. Let's talk about options if you're starting from scratch.

Do I need to know how to code for DIY Self-Launch?

No. The launch guide walks through rebranding, hosting, and connecting a domain with copy-and-paste steps — no coding experience required. If you'd rather not touch any of it, Standard Build or Pro Launch hand off that work to us.

How long does a build take?

Once we have your completed intake info, a Standard Build typically takes a few days; Pro Launch a bit longer given the extra pages and setup work. Turnaround depends on current workload — ask when you reach out.

Can I add more service-area pages later?

Yes — additional location pages can be added any time, either as a one-off request or covered under the Care Plan.

Can you add online booking or payment processing to my site?

Not currently — every Scoop System site is built around a simple call/text booking flow, not an online scheduling or payment system. If you'd like that added, we can help connect you with a web developer for an extra fee (call or text us to talk through what you need, since cost depends on scope), or we can hand your site files over to a developer of your own choosing to build it in.

How do I pay for my build?

We accept Zelle, or we can send you an invoice through Square if you'd rather pay by card. Payment details are worked out by phone or text when you get started — there's no online checkout on this site.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel before we've started your build. Partial refund, based on progress, if you cancel after work has started but before delivery. No refund once your site is delivered and live — that's what your included revisions and support window are for. DIY Self-Launch is non-refundable once the files are sent, since it's a digital deliverable. See the full refund & cancellation policy for domain, hosting, and Care Plan specifics.

How does the referral discount work?

If you refer someone who's ready to start their own pet waste removal business in a different territory, and they sign up around the same time as you, you get 50% off your build fee. Since territories are exclusive, a referral in another area is never competition for you. Confirm current terms by phone or text when you reach out — this isn't something we can apply retroactively after the fact.

Do you handle my business registration or insurance?

No — that's on you, and it matters more than the website. See our full business setup guide for what's involved and roughly what it costs, then get it done with a licensed professional in your state before taking paying clients.

Ready to get your site built?

Call or text with your business name, city, and which package fits — we'll send over the intake checklist to get started.
